Admission to the Master of Social Work (MSW) programme will follow the established procedures of KU and comply with the regulations of the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU). Applicants must meet one of the following academic qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree:
A relevant academic bachelor’s degree at UQF Level 8 or its equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 2.7 or a B grade.
2. Postgraduate Diploma:
A postgraduate diploma in a relevant discipline or its equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a B grade.
Eligible applicants may hold degrees in the following fields: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Law, Counselling, Community Development, Rural Development Planning, Nursing, Public Administration, Project Planning and Management, Business Administration, Theology, Records Management, Sign Language and Interpretation, Education
